Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided by Atlas AI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). Because our work is delivered as professional services and custom software, the terms below apply to all engagements unless your written proposal states otherwise.
1. Consultancy & Project Work
- Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial scoping work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If you cancel a project after work has begun, fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable, and any unused prepaid balance will be refunded.
- Milestone payments already delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
2. Training & Educational Content
- For scheduled workshops or training sessions, cancellations made at least 7 days before the session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Digital tutorial content or downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with your invoice or order reference and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge all requests within 3 business days.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Disputes
We are committed to resolving concerns fairly. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us first so we can work with you toward a resolution before escalating any payment dispute.
